Spatial Dimension is a global leader providing Landfolio, an enterprise–scale land management software solution, to customers across both commercial and government sectors. Their solution enables governments and businesses to efficiently manage their land and land–related obligations around the world.
EnviroSys is an environmental and water quality data management software acquired from SRA Information Technology Pty Ltd (SRA) by acQuire Technology Solutions. EnviroSys is used by mining, government, water and energy companies to support their environmental regulatory and compliance requirements. The acquisition adds an environmental and monitoring solution to the Ara Software Group.
BlackFox is a cloud-based drilling management system that provides insights enabling both miners and drilling contractors to improve their drilling production, processes and profit margins. This solution adds to the mining and resources sector within the Ara Software Group.
Global Tenements is a cloud-hosted tenement management software solution that assists mining and exploration companies to secure and manage their tenure and comply with regulations. Global Tenements was purchased by acQuire Technology Solutions with the solution complementing the Ara portfolio’s mining and resources sector.
Managing Transformation Solutions (MTS) is a services and software business that was at the forefront of social sustainability in the South African mining industry. Insite is a people-centred software solution to help customers develop and implement long-term social performance strategies to meet regulatory requirements and deliver shared value to internal and external stakeholders. The acquisition was led by Ara and is supported by acQuire.
